At KNG, all purchases are considered final due to the nature of our products. We’re unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or make changes once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your items and shipping details before completing your purchase.
However, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we make. If your order arrives with a defect or was sent in error, our team will make sure it’s handled properly. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kngpouch.com, and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience, even though we can’t offer general returns or exchanges. We’ll always do our best to resolve any problems related to damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any damage or quality issues, reach out to us right away so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.
Refunds (for defects or damage only)
If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 25 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us again at sales@kngpouch.com for an update.
